Sometimes it can seem impossible to thank our moms for everything they’ve done and still do for us without breaking the bank, but I know they appreciate small gifts like candles and slippers, which are a great place to start. Here is a gift guide with different price point sections so you can pick out something your mom will love. Click on the product name to shop! 🙂
Under $30

The large Voluspa candles can be quite expensive, but these luxurious scents also come in mini sizes as well. I don’t know about you, but my mom loves candles and has them all over the house. Also, it will be a little reminder of you!

Laneige has been all the rage for a while now with their lip masks being a top seller. Sephora has a bunch of small mini beauty kits that I’m sure any mom will love, but this one in particular is my favorite this year.

One of the best parts about the holidays is cozying up and lounging around the house in your pajamas and warm fuzzy socks or slippers. My mom loves hers and we even have a pair for my grandma to use when she visits! This gift will definitely be used.

My mom loves hosting her friends for their monthly book club and likes to host our family for different occasions in general. If your mom has a wine cart, this would be a great addition and if you have a larger budget, this would be great to add with another gift down below…
Starry Marble Coasters, Set of 4 – $28

My mom and grandma want to keep their nice wooden furniture free of water stains, so why not help them out and give them coasters…you can never have enough especially if you’re a hostess! Also, these ones in particular are super cute for the holiday season.
Under $75
Riddle Fragrance Oil Sample Kit $40

My mom’s favorite perfume is the original Riddle perfume oil, but this sample kit will allow your mom to choose her favorite scent! I suggest pairing this with a gift card so when she picks out her favorite, she can buy the full bottle. Or, if you already know your mom’s favorite perfume, get her a new bottle so she doesn’t have to worry about re-purchasing it when she inevitably runs out.
Beauty Treatment $70ish
Whether it’s a manicure, pedicure, facial or massage, I know my mom loves to treat herself every now and then. Our mom’s work their tails off, so it’s nice to be able to treat them to a relaxing spa treatment! I suggest searching for local spas in your area and if you want to get a discount, check Groupon!
Over $100
Kiel James Patrick Sweater $128-$148

Inspired by the rugged charm of New England, Kiel James Patrick sweaters have the cutest designs for the holidays (the Halloween ones are my favorite!) and are perfect for keeping you warm in the colder months, made of a 80% wool and 20% nylon blend.

Continuing with the cozy trend, these Dusen Dusen bathrobes are functional and cute with bright colors that should put a smile on anyone’s face.

I love trying new products and brands out, but there are a few brands I’m pretty loyal to, Gorjana being one of them. I absolutely love their necklaces and already have a couple new ones saved in a “To Buy on a Rainy Day” list. They have the perfect, dainty and timeless gold-plated pieces that will stay in my collection forever. Their highest priced necklace in their “fine jewelry” collection is a diamond necklace at $4,500, but MOST of their regular gold-plated necklaces are $135 or lower. They really have a variety for whatever your budget is and I’m sure whatever you pick out for your mom will become a favorite of hers.
Bembien Gigi Crossbody Bag $240

If you feel like splurging, this crossbody bag is the perfect staple item for any wardrobe. It’s on the smaller side and is compact. My mom used to wear the large purses that ended up just being bottomless pits, but now she’s converted to smaller bags to carry around the essentials. This bag in particular is made of a cute woven material and is black, so it can go with anything! She’ll have you to thank for the endless compliments.
Priceless
Time Together
Of all the gift ideas listed here, this one will definitely be the most memorable, appreciated and loved…spending time with you! Whether it’s going to a museum, going shopping together, getting a manicure or pedicure, or even going out to a nice dinner, your mom loves YOU and will love spending time and making memories with you.
Framing or Digitizing Photos
My mom has a lot of framed photographs around the house, so she may not need anymore, but we also have TONS of photo books (an entire bookshelf full to be exact). Many of them aren’t digitized and I would love to do that for her someday. Whether it’s framing pictures you and your family already have, or digitizing them so she can look at them on-the-go on her phone on Google Photos, I’m sure your mom will appreciate the captured memories.
Although these gifts are a lovely start, don’t stress if they’re out of your budget. I’m sure your mom would appreciate you helping around the house and spending time with her over the holiday season. If you have any more ideas, drop them in the comments below!
